Dr. Gan Say Seong is a qualified consultant ophthalmologist.
He graduated with Honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya (UM) in 2010 and obtained the Masters of Ophthalmology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2019.
Dr. Gan has 12 years of ophthalmology experience in various public hospitals like Hospital Selayang, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and Hospital Sungai Buloh.

He started to serve as a medical officer in Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Najihah, Kuala Pilah in 2010 where he was actively involved in eye screening programs and participated in cataract camps. He had also been involved in supervising the ophthalmology residents which includes their cataract and micro-surgical training.
He is well experienced, especially in cataract surgery, comprehensive ophthalmology, and laser
refractive surgery. He not only treats general eye diseases such as cataracts, dry eyes, glaucoma, eye infection/inflammation, and diabetic eye disease but also specializes in premium intraocular lens implantation.
He is also an honorary lecturer for International Medical University (IMU) from 2020 to 2022.
He is a registered specialist under the National Specialist Register of Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysia Ophthalmological Society (MSO).
Dr. Gan is currently based in Optimax Eye Specialist Centre in Bahau.
